Main Goal as a Trainer: My main goal is to help my clients love their bodies and enjoy
the fitness journey. I want them to feel at home here at the gym and look forward to
working out while I push them to be their best selves.

Niche as a Trainer: My niche as a trainer is that I will push you out of your comfort
zone to help you reach your goals, but I will also make the exercises fun so that you will
want to continue working hard. I always focus on my client’s goals and adjust my
programming based on their feedback.

Personal Goals: My personal goal is to own my own collegiate preparatory sports
performance gym where I can help young athletes transition their bodies to the
collegiate level stress that they will face after graduation.

Education: Bachelors in Exercise Science from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a
minor in Health and Psychology and a Masters in Exercise
Science and Sports Performance from University of Indianapolis.
