Main Goal as a Trainer: My main goal is to help my clients love their bodies and enjoy
the fitness journey. I want them to feel at home here at the gym and look forward to
working out while I push them to be their best selves.

Niche as a Trainer: My niche as a trainer is that I will push you out of your comfort
zone to help you reach your goals, but I will also make the exercises fun so that you will
want to continue working hard. I always focus on my client’s goals and adjust my
programming based on their feedback.

Personal Goals: My personal goal is to own my own collegiate preparatory sports
performance gym where I can help young athletes transition their bodies to the
collegiate level stress that they will face after graduation.

Education: Bachelors in Exercise Science from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a
minor in Health and Psychology and a Masters in Exercise
Science and Sports Performance from University of Indianapolis.

Ever since changing his own life when he started seriously training in 2019, Jaden Powell has developed a passion for helping other people change theirs. Jaden brings his patented mix of personality, knowledge, and drive to each client he takes on, no matter their goals. His starting point is always education and form, but each client gets something a little bit different from Jaden based on their own individual needs. His specialty is meeting people where they’re at and figuring out a way to get them to where they want to go. In his spare time (and when he’s not working at his own bodybuilding goals), Jaden is an avid basketball and football fan.
