Background: Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for many years. Although I played multiple sports growing up, softball (pitching) is my first love and took precedence throughout high school and college. I taught a lot of spin throughout high school, college, and post grad, and while I love the atmosphere and camaraderie of group fitness, the relationship and rapport built with one-on-one clients is something I highly value. I work with all age groups of varying fitness levels and always look forward to the challenge those differences bring. Although I’m partial to cardio based workouts (i.e. HIIT, circuit training, spin), after years of weightlifting as an athlete I am confident in both.
Main Goal as a Trainer: My main goal is to help you achieve your personal goal(s) while providing you all the necessary information to do so. From programming to nutrition, I want all clients to feel fully confident in their knowledge and ability to reach their goals. Whether that goal be weight loss, gaining muscle mass, or simply obtaining an overall healthier lifestyle, it is my aim to ensure you fully understand and trust the process. Your success is my main goal!
Krista Hoose graduated from Butler University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is a practicing pharmacist and is working toward an ACE personal trainer certification. Krista’s niche is sports performance, as she is a 3:38 marathoner and has represented Indiana in the USTA NTRP National Championships tennis tournament in singles and doubles. Her personal goal is a sub-3:35 marathon in order to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
Krista’s main goal as a trainer is to help others learn healthy lifestyle habits that will reduce medication utilization for metabolic diseases due to inactivity and nutritional choices. She understands that medication alone is not always the answer and that many ailments may improve by making healthy choices. In addition to general fitness, Krista is designing programs to improve clients’ tennis performance and is looking forward to leading a summer running and fitness program designed for those preparing for a fall race.

Main Goal as a Trainer: To help my clients see their full potential and realize they are stronger than they think they are, I want them to be proud of themselves. And I want to leave each person better than they came whether it is helping them lose weight, gain muscle, or just to overall feel better about who they are! Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves.
Niche as a trainer: My niche as a trainer is that I am patient and understanding. I have had lots of struggles myself that clients can relate to and connect with. I understand how hard the process can be and it has given me the tools to help all of my clients whether it be weight loss, weight gain, or building muscle etc. I have done all of the above

“There are three things, to my account, that I need each day. One of them is something to look up to, another is something to look forward to, and another is someone to chase.” – Matthew McConaughey
My Main Goal as a Trainer: To help my clients achieve the perception of themselves that they have in their minds. But, along the way help them realize that the struggle to get there is the best part. I want to be there with my clients step by step coaching and training them on their way to success. I am an open book and want to be able to help my clients in every way possible.
Niche as a Trainer: My niche as a trainer is to help people realize that working out can be and is fun! I understand that for most people working out seems like a chore. I am lucky enough to enjoy what I do not only as a profession but as a hobby every single day. However, I know that for a lot of people out there that is not the case. I aim to help everyone find what part of working out is the thing they enjoy the most. For some, that may be cardio, for others that could be strength training. Regardless, I will be by you side helping you discover what that may be.
Personal Goals: As someone who has not been the biggest or baddest person in the room, I am always striving to improve myself and hit my goals. I practice what I preach and what I practice is never ending. I am always looking to expand my knowledge in the field and to teach what I have learned along the way.
